My name is Ty, and I’m an entrepreneur in the baseball space. I’m building baseball-centric brands, with my strengths centered around strategy, vision, brand development, creative direction, and partnerships.
I’m looking for an exceptional operator. Someone who gets energy from turning strategic direction into organized execution.
Own outcomes, not just tasks.
Your role is to take ownership of the important pieces you’re responsible for and make sure they actually happen. From the finalized plan all the way through execution and follow-through.
Keep the day-to-day pieces of a project organized and moving forward. Stay on top of timelines, follow-ups, communication, and anything that could slow progress down.
Help turn the plan into something real and executed. Coordinate the people, logistics, communication, and next steps that keep everything moving and make sure nothing important gets missed.
Help build and maintain relationships with players, teams, organizations, partners, and other people involved in bringing projects to life.
You’ll start with clear areas of responsibility and execution. As you prove you can own them reliably, your role can expand into larger projects, relationships, systems, and more of the overall operation.
The role grows with what you can own.
Own increasingly important projects from plan through execution.
Create processes that make recurring work cleaner, faster, and more repeatable.
Lead launches, partnerships, recurring initiatives, and other major priorities.
Take greater involvement in collaborations, vendors, players, partners, and eventually team members.
The ceiling is tied to what you prove you can own.

You want to help build meaningful ventures inside the game.
You are good at keeping people coordinated. You don’t hesitate to start conversations, follow up, or get the right people involved.
You like taking something that exists as a plan and helping turn it into something real. Organization, execution, problem-solving, and keeping momentum moving are the kinds of things you’re naturally good at.
You don’t need someone constantly telling you what to do next, and when something gets stuck, your instinct is to figure out how to move it forward.
You care about the outcome, not just your individual task, and you get real satisfaction from making things happen.
Most importantly: you want meaningful responsibility now, and the opportunity to earn more of it over time.
This probably isn’t the right fit if you prefer having every next step laid out for you.
If you tend to wait until work is assigned, or are uncomfortable figuring things out as you go, you’ll likely find this role frustrating.
This role will evolve as the business grows. Your responsibilities may expand, shift, or change depending on what the operation needs most at the time.
This role needs someone who notices what needs attention, raises issues early, and moves things forward without being chased.
This is better suited for someone excited by the possibility of growing with the business, not just filling a part-time role for the short term.
This role works best for someone whose natural instinct is to take initiative, solve what’s in front of them, and keep things moving.
Some of the role can be handled remotely, but you’ll need to be local and available in-person for projects, activations, and the times we need to meet or work together.
The role begins as an hourly, part-time opportunity with a structure designed to make sure there’s a strong mutual fit.
As your responsibility and impact increases, there’s room for the role, involvement, and compensation to grow with it. For the right long-term fit, that could potentially include upside or equity in future brand initiatives.
Record a short video about who you are, your background, and why this feels like a fit! From there, selected applicants will move into a conversation to learn more about the opportunity and see if there’s mutual alignment.
